Easy Recipes - 1 (Mono Melon Smoothie)


This is a very simple recipe , however, wow! How
pensive it tastes! Simple yet philosophical

Apparatus
Blender
OR Hand blender

Ingredients
• 1 ripe melon of your choice 

Instructions
1. Simply slash your melon in half and spoon the ripe flesh out of the skin, putting the seeds
to one side. If you are serving one person, half a melon will be sufficient, unless that
person (probably you!) is very starving…
2. Mix together your melon on high speed until no lumps stay behind – this is your smoothie!
3. Dispense into a tall glass, find a cosy bend, relax… and sip without a sound – if you can!
